OZCAN DEMIRBAS

Born in Istanbul, Turkey. Graduated from Beykoz FIL High School. Received BS degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technical University of Istanbul. He started the initial years of his engineering career in Profilo Household Appliances plant in Cerkezkoy .In 1994 He joined PIRELLI Tire company in Turkey  where he enjoyed the first fifteen years of his tire manufacturing career. He performed  investment ,improvement ,maintenance  projects, as Head of  Technical Office in Pirelli Turkey and started his expat duties as Engineering Manager in tire factory in Pirelli Egypt .He started his second expat duty as Production Manager in tire plant in China for Pirelli JV. He returned to Pirelli Egypt as Industrial General Manager who was responsible for entire plant operation. In 2010 He joined Yokohama OHT in Israel as COO of Operations. One year later He became Turnaround CEO , He improved EBITDA from 6% to 21% in two years and He stepped down after finalizing the organizational changes and completed turnaround .He led the ROTR Brown field investment projects in India and worked on operational efficiencies of three plants as consultant for Yokohama OHT Company. Yokohama company transferred him to turnaround the new plant in Mississippi. He managed the plant as Executive Vice President of Operations. In 2021 He established PROMOTEUS ENGINEERING company and He is  president .He is also VP at TARAY INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION located in Marco Island ,Florida.  He is married and father of two sons.
